As a volunteer it's my responsibility to maintain 3 waiting room areas, make coffee, answer phones, visitors questions and generally help visitors in any way that I can.


In addition I run errands for the nursing staff as needed.

Written with Karen Lindsey (Da Capo Press, 2005). Many experts in the field regard this book, now in it's fourth edition, as the bible for women with breast cancer.
