N2UO style 23cm Amp

Using a hot plate with a 1/4 inch piece of copper on the element to solder the end on the cavity. The hot plate is actually for repairing ceramic microwave circuit boards. It gets the solder to a eutectic state and you don't have to worry about cracking the boards from uneven heating caused by using just an iron.
